Adults only. You must be at least 18 to use Cellmate Connections.
The service
Cellmate Connections helps adults view consent-reviewed profiles, save private Interested or Pass choices, and request introductions. A private interest does not contact the profile owner; introductions remain subject to administrator review. It is not a correctional communications provider, background-check service, dating guarantee, law firm, or emergency service.
Free trial and membership
Each account may receive one 30-day in-app Premium trial after first sign-in. No payment card is required and this trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. At its end, profile browsing and introductions pause unless you choose to subscribe. Stripe subscription signup includes a separate 30-day trial and requires a payment method. After that Stripe trial, $9.99 is charged monthly until canceled; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Correctional providers may charge separate fees. Use the subscription-management link in your Stripe receipt to cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges and does not ordinarily refund time already purchased, except where required by law or when a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed.
Required conduct
- Do not impersonate anyone or publish a profile without permission.
- Do not submit information about minors, victims, witnesses, medical matters, passwords, financial accounts, or private home addresses.
- Do not threaten, pressure, harass, solicit money through deception, or evade facility rules.
- Use only communication methods approved by the applicable facility or provider.
Moderation
Profiles and introductions may be reviewed, declined, unpublished, or removed to protect participants or comply with law and facility rules. A profile may be removed when consent is withdrawn.
No guarantee
We cannot verify every participant statement or guarantee compatibility, response, safety, delivery, release dates, or provider availability. Use caution and report concerns promptly.
